Announcements:

1) Improv Club is a club for any student who wants to have fun and learn about drama through improvisational theatre games.  No experience needed.  There will be 4 more meetings in January.

2) Garden Club will meet tomorrow January 10th.

3)  There will be a Civil Rights Team meeting tomorrow after school until 3:30 in Rm 11.

4)  BE Idol is back!  January 27th and 28th at the high school auditorium. Auditions will be this Thursday, January 12th on the stage.  Sign up online (see posters) or get an application from Mrs. Linnell on the stage.  Students may also go to the BEMS Music Website, listed under both Mrs. Linnell and Ms. Shabo on teacher sites, to get the online link to the BE Idol application.

5) Ever wanted to learn how to sign? Now is your chance!! Sign up for American Sign Language Club with our ASL Interpreter, Ms. Taplin!! Sign up date is tomorrow morning, Friday, January 6th! Will have a sign up sheet on an easel in front of Mrs. Harmon and Mrs. Eiring’s room in the 6th grade wing!!

By the end of the club, you will learn how to fingerspell your name, sign colors, numbers, days of the week, and sign basic sentences to communicate with a deaf person!!

Aiming to have the club on Tuesday’s after school until 4:00pm! Will be confirmed ASAP!!

*Students of all grades and teachers are allowed to join!!! Trying to limit the group to 30 people, and if there are more, we will have a wait list depending on inquiries. This club is for serious inquiries only due to limited space!!! *

6) Winter 2 Sports Sign-ups will begin on Monday, January 9, 2017.  Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 will be able to sign up for either Indoor Track or Wrestling using our new online link found at https://sites.google.com/a/bonnyeagle.org/bemsathletics/home .

Just click on the link for "Sports Sign-ups" and fill out the form.  The window for online sign-ups will be from today 1/9/17 until 1/12/17.

Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 interested in Swim Club will need to get a form from Mr. Laprise in room 33.  

7) There will be NO cheering today.
