Green Day

***Please note that there is a district wide 2 Hour Late Arrival on Wednesday, January 28th. ***

Ski and Snowboard Club Update -

THE NEXT SKI CLUB TRIP IS SATURDAY, JANUARY 30TH.
The bus leaves at 4:00 pm sharp and will return at 11:00 pm.  All students should
go home on their regular busses and come back to BEMS for ski club.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

INFORMATION ON THE MISSED TRIPS

The Saturday trip (1/24/2015) that was cancelled has been rescheduled.
The Rescheduled date is Saturday, February 7, 2015.
Bus leaves at 7am sharp.

The Friday trip that was cancelled is NOT going to be rescheduled.
Shawnee has agreed to give every student a voucher for this missed
trip (otherwise we would be into February vacation and participation is
VERY low this week).  I encourage all paying participants to start making
plans NOW so that kids can ski together and use their vouchers  (maybe February vacation?!).  Make plans early!

If a student missed one of the three scheduled trips, they can
get that voucher also (they will get a total of two vouchers).

All participating Middle School students should see Mrs. Rosier on Monday, February 9, 2015 for their voucher(s).  They will be given out during MORNING homeroom from the Office.  Students can pick up vouchers for paying family members.

VOUCHER INFORMATION:
  • The vouchers can be used ANY day with NO blackout dates.
  • Vouchers are good from opening until closing.
  • If the participant got rentals, they will get rentals for the voucher trip also.
  • Vouchers expire December 30, 2015 (but, there is a risk at waiting as some winters mean late snow arrival).
