Dismissals:

Dismissals from BEMS: (approximate times)

2:02 - First Wave Buses
2:08 - Parent Pick Ups
2:15 - Second Wave Buses

If you will be picking up your child at the end of the day, please follow the following procedure:

*If your child will be a pick up each day, please provide a note to the main office.
*You may wait for your child in the parking lot.  Please refrain from driving into the driveway closest to the building as that is where the buses enter/exit.
*At approximately 2:10 your child will be dismissed from their classroom and will exit the building.

For occasional dismissals during the school day or for an after school pick up, please provide a note and indicate dismissal time.  If a note does not accompany your child to school, you may call the office until 1:30 pm and the above procedure can be followed.

If after 1:30 pm you discover you need to pick up your child, please come into the office to sign your child out.

If your child stays after school for an after school activity, please meet your child at the sixth grade entrance under the bell.  No need to come to the office to sign your child out.  If you are not here BEFORE the activity buses leave, approximately 4:00, your child will be put on the appropriate activity bus.

We remind you that if your child would like to stay after school, they have to pre-arrange to do so in advance, have a note signed by a parent/guardian, must remain with a teacher, administrator or other adult for the entire time, and have a signed after school late bus pass.  All students who have not been picked up by 4:00 will ride the activity bus home.
