Green Day

Announcements:
  • 7th and 8th grade math teams will start practicing on Wednesdays 2:15 - 4:00 in Mrs. Davis' room, room 84.  Our first, and informational meeting, will be Wed, Nov. 4th.  The first meet is Tues., Dec. 8th.  Math teachers - please encourage any math enthusiasts to give it a try!!  
  • The 7th and 8th grade Student Council will be meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd, in Mrs. Norton's room after school.
  • Yearbooks are on sale at jostens.com, keyword Bonny Eagle Middle School. For the month of October ONLY, they are 21 dollars for hardcover and 16 dollars for paperback. Prices will increase starting November. Buy one now, while prices are low. You only get to experience your year once. Remember it forever with a yearbook!
  • Garden Club meets every Tuesday in Mr. Avery’s room in the 6th grade hall.
  • Chess Club will meet Wednesdays in Room 98.
  • Drama Club this week is for everyone!  We will run the play!
  • There is no writer’s club this week.  This club will resume next week with Mr. Pease on Wednesday, Nov. 4th.
Craft club will begin meeting on November 5th.  We will meet 6 times this fall.  Meet in Room 58. *You may be asked to bring in some general supplies from home each time or a small fee may be charged for the materials that you use. Limited to the first 20 people to sign up.  Sign up with Mrs. Moore or Mrs. Boucher.

 THANK YOU: 
Thank you to the PCC and to the families who donated to the Teacher Appreciation Dinner last night during Parent Teacher Conferences.  The variety of food was amazing.  We truly appreciate you taking the time to think of us.  It truly helped us get through a long day.  And thank you also to those who help with the book fair.  It is pretty great to see kids walking around with books in hand!  

And ...thank you for our $10 for books for our classrooms!  Love that!

    You will find turkeys posted outside the main office during conferences.

    Pluck a feather, or two, purchase the items on the feather and send them back to school by Friday, November 13th. 
    There will be a collection box in the main office.

    We will then create Thanksgiving baskets and deliver them to our friends so they may have a wonderful Thanksgiving meal to share with their families.

    We appreciate your help!

Announcements:
  • The 7th grade girls soccer team won their last game  7-1 against Westbrook last Thursday night.  Laura Libby and Gretchen Biegel each scored two goals apiece.  Avery Goan, Madison Chayer, and Jocelyn Manson each scored a goal.    
  • The 7th grade boy's soccer team finished the season undefeated by defeating Westbrook by the score of 6-4 yesterday afternoon.  Goals were scored by Nick Beaulieu, Jylan Edwards, and Chris Westgate.  The boy's had a great season and will be fun to watch next year.

  • Would you like to be a news camera operator?  We are looking for a couple of students to man the cameras during the news.  Please stop in the library to sign up!
  • Chess Club will meet Wednesdays in Room 98.
  • Drama Club today is costume parade, everyone attend.
  • Picture Retake day will be Tuesday, October  27th
