Announcements:
~If students are staying after school for a game, 
they must have an adult willing to stay with them,
AND a note from their parents 
the morning they plan to stay.

~Math Team will be on Thursday, March 1. 
Remember to bring your permission slips. 
 
~Community Service will meet Thursday, 
March 1st after school.

~ STEM Robotics will meet TODAY.

~There will be after school band TODAY. 
Students going to the Southern Maine 
Middle School Honors Festival should definitely be there!

~Baillie Clan - Dough - 4 - H20 / Raising money to 
buy WATER for the South Sudan people.
Collection containers are located in the 
Main Office and the Library.
 

~Ongoing PCC Bottle Drive - Special Bags are 
in the Main Office.

~The Box Top Homeroom WINNER is Mrs. Eiring. 
The Student WINNER is Kaitlyn Allen!
All the homeroom students will receive 
a $5.00 gift certificate to the book fair!
Mrs. Eiring will receive a $25.00 gift 
certificate to the book fair!
Kaitlin will also receive a Spirit Wear Shirt!

Announcements:

~Swim Club begins - All participants need to report the Murchie Gym at first wave to meet with Mr. Laprise.  

~Buy a yearbook! Hardcovers cost $25, and softcovers cost $20.
~Newspaper Club meets Tuesday afternoon.
~If you have not turned in your permission slip for any offsite activities for BEMS day, you need to get those in by today!!

Announcements

Reminder:  Indoor Track practice for boys will be on Mondays 
and Wednesdays; practice for girls will be on Tuesdays and 
Thursdays.  All athletes should have received their info. 
packets by now; if not, they must see Mr. Curran or Mrs. 
Norton on Monday to receive one.  In order to participate 
in the first meet, which is at the Expo on Sat., March 3rd, 
at 6:30, athletes must have the medical information  and  
parent/athlete agreement sheets signed and returned to 
Mrs. Norton asap.  Also, athletes have now received 
their track jersey; they MUST have that jersey with 
them at the meet.  Each athlete has had a specific 
assigned to him/her; jerseys may not be "traded", as 
those specific  numbers (with the athletes' names) 
are given to the meet officials.  If you have any 
questions, please contact Mr. Curran or Mrs. 
Norton via email.  We're looking forward to an exciting season!

Announcements:

Swim Club will begin on Monday, February 26, 2018
Practices will be from 3:00 - 4:00 at St. Joe's in Standish, Maine. 
The school will bus participants to the pool, and parents must pick up their participant at 4:00 after each practice. 
Practices are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for 5 weeks.  There are still openings for swim club. 
Please sign up soon to reserve your spot!

Practice will be for ALL student athletes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week.

Go BEyond Bonny Eagle Staff Team

the young-one aka - "Mr. Trull",  
the Captain of Reading and Books - Ms. Duhamel,  
the impressive Captain - Tanna Ross,
and the one and only - Mr. Drinkwater.

Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 for students During lunches at BEMS.

~The 7th & 8th Grade Math Team has a meet TODAY.
Members are to meet in room 35 after second wave.

~Starting the week of Feb. 12th, BOYS will have Indoor Track on Mondays & Wednesdays;
GIRLS will have Indoor Track on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

~The STEM Robotics Club will meet TODAY and Wednesday after school this week.


PBIS will be hosting a SPIRIT WEEK - ALL THIS WEEK!
The highest participating homeroom in each grade level will win Spirit Week!
NO PJ's the entire week.
At least shirt or pants must match dress up day theme in order to count.

Monday (Patriotic day - red, white, blue, must be wearing all three colors)
Tuesday (Sport team/jersey) ONLY DAY FOR HATS! Hats must go with sport team.
Wednesday (red or pink) Valentine’s day
Thursday (Camo/Flannel Shirt Day)
Friday (Green and White)

Indoor Track began yesterday.  Practices will be from 2:15 until 4:00
and participants will be able to take the activity busses home. 
The coaches will have more information regarding practices at the first practice. 
Be on the lookout for a packet after Tuesday's practice.

~A message from the athletic department:  
Winter 2 Sign-ups are closing any day now.  Please 
be sure to sign- up soon!  
The seasons will begin the first week of February 5!
Swim sign-ups are happening.  See Mr. Laprise 
or visit the athletics web page for the forms.  
Swim will begin February 26.

Wrestling will begin TODAY, February 5, 2018
Practices will be from 2:15 until 4:00 and participants will 
be able to take the activity busses home. 
Most weeks, wrestling practices Monday - Friday 
(parent pick up on Friday- no activity busses).
