Announcements:
  • Track team: You need to be at the school (gym side) on Saturday at 10:15.  REMINDER:  HAVE YOUR UNIFORM WITH YOU!  You will not be able to get into the school/locker room, to get any of your belongings that morning.  Good luck to the track team at their first meet!
  • Boys AND Girls track team will have practice on Monday AND Tuesday.  
  • Picture Day for Track is on Tuesday, so please remember to bring your uniform and picture envelope with payment that day.
  • Weekly Trash Talk:  Remember to Drink, Donate, or Dump your liquids!

    Bonny Eagle High School

    Eighth Grade Transition Night
    March 9, 2016
    6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

    Bonny Eagle High School is hosting its annual event for incoming ninth graders.  All students and their families are encouraged to explore the building, meet teachers from every department, and see all that BEHS has to offer.

    There will be a number of interactive activities for the entire family:

    • Participate in a scavenger hunt through all of our academic departments where teachers will be available to answer questions and items will be on display.
    • Visit our athletics and activity fair.
    • Take a guided tour of the building.
    • Hear about life at BEHS from a panel of students.
    • Attend a presentation on proficiency-based education and grading by the administration.
    • Meet with school counselors to learn about navigating high school and the beginning of post-secondary planning.

    The clan with the most students in attendance will win an ice cream sundae party!

    Parents and Teens are invited to attend a free presentation on:

    9:00am - 11:00am
    At Bonny Eagle Middle School
    This is a pre-permit program for parents and teens that provides critical information that teens need to know before they get behind the wheel.
    The Presentation Covers:
    ·         Why teens crash
    ·         How Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) works
    ·         Parent’s and Teen’s roles & responsibilities
    ·         Statistics on teen driving
    ·         Sample parent-teen agreement
    ·         Practical steps on teaching teens to drive
    ·         Choosing a safe vehicle
    ·         Choosing a driving school
