The March Madness Reading Challenge is on!
Together, so far our school has read 28,506 minutes. Right now
the 8th grade leads with the most minutes read. BEMS Staff collectively
reached 602 minutes. Congratulations to Sophia Bridges - you are
today’s random drawing winner of the March Madness Reading
challenge. Come to room 129 to collect your prize.
See Ms. Dinino about the The Great Scot Book Swap. Bring in a
book you’ve read and swap it for another. The rules for the The
Great Scot Book Swap are simple. 1.) It must be a book you have
truly enjoyed 2.) The book must be in good condition. Bring those
books down to Mrs. Dinino in the library. Each time you bring in a
book, your name will be entered into a drawing. On Friday, April 1st,
you will be invited to attend the Great Scot Book Swap. Swap books
and enjoy light snacks.
The Community Service Club will meet after school on Tuesday and
Wednesday this week to work on our Ukraine Project.
If you buy a yearbook in the month of March, you will be put in a raffle
to win a $30 Aroma Joe’s or Dunkin gift card. Order your book soon!
Yearbook Club meets tomorrow
Any students looking to attend the Fitness Center after school should
sign up using the BE Fit QR code located on signs around the school.
Sign up are limited to 15 students per day. We will meet in room 137
right after dismissal. Please sign up each day you plan to attend.
