Hey 6th Graders........It's Turkey Teacher Time!!!

Clan is selling feathers for .25 cents. Buy as many feathers as you
want for which ever teacher you want. The teacher who has the most
feathers by Thanksgiving vacation, has to wear the most embarrassing
turkey hat for the WHOLE day...greeting buses, lunch time, and bus
dismissal. Come on...Let's get feathering!
Cheering tryouts will continue today and tomorrow. Remember, you MUST come to all three tryouts.
Today, Civil Rights Team will meet in room 56. Anyone is welcome to attend!
Also, the Newspaper Club will meet in Mrs. Norton's room.
Every Wednesday the Chess Club meets during 2nd Quarter in room 98.
Friday, November 14th, Student
Council will be holding a Hat Day. All proceeds will go towards the
purchase of teddy bears and blankets to donate to local fire
departments. These items are given to children during crisis
situations.
There
will be a 6th grade dance and open gym on Thursday, November 20th from
2:15 till 4:00 cost is $5.00 sponsored by Community Service Club!
Hotdogs, popcorn and snack bar will be open!

Student Council collects metal tabs all year long to
donate to the Ronald McDonald House in Portland. Students may bring in
the tabs and put them in the large jar in the library. Please click the
