Announcements:
- Student Council will be collecting items for Homeless Veterans of Maine. They are in desperate need of of socks, gloves, mittens, hats, coats, and blankets. Donations of new or clean, gently used items may be dropped off in Mrs. Norton's or Mr. Lambert's room. There will also be a box in the office for parents and other adults to drop off items. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Mrs. Norton.
- Lego team meeting Wednesday after school in room 57
- Craft Club Sign-ups are outside of RM 58 and 59. The first meeting is this Thursday, Nov. 5th. There will be 3 meeting in November and 3 in December.
- No after-school band today, Wednesday, Nov. 4th.
- 7th and 8th Grade Students: History Day sign-up papers are due to Mr. Laprise by Nov. 5.
- Cheering tryouts will be November 16th - November 19th for 7th and 8th graders.
- 7th and 8th grade math teams will start practicing on Wednesdays 2:15 - 4:00 in Mrs. Davis' room, room 84. Our first, and informational meeting, will be this Wed, Nov. 4th. The first meet is Tues., Dec. 8th. Math teachers - please encourage any math enthusiasts to give it a try!!
- Garden Club meets every Tuesday in Mr. Avery’s room in the 6th grade hall.
- Chess Club will meet Wednesdays in Room 98.
- Math meet next Sat. Please sign up with Mr. Oyster. 2+3= 10
- Writer’s club will resume this week with Mr. Pease on Wednesday, Nov. 4th.
All Phys. Ed. classes will be running the mile on Thursday and Friday. Please come prepared with comfortable and warm clothes, sneakers, and any inhalers needed.

11/4/15- 8th Grade Boys and Girls Tryouts (2:20 - 4:00)
11/4/15- 7th Grade Boys and Girls Tryouts (4:00 - 5:30; Participants will be in a study hall after school and need rides home)
