Announcements:
- Friday will be Hat Day for students and staff. Wear a hat, pay a $1.00. All money collected will be used to purchase a gift certificate to Hannaford to help a family in the district that has recently undergone a traumatic event.
- Ski Club Vouchers were not given out Monday due to a misprint. Listen for announcements of when they will be given out. If you already received your voucher, please see Mrs. Rosier in the Main office immediately following this announcement.
- The BEMS Wrestling team is looking for managers to assist with the team this season. Please see Mr. Laprise if you are interested.
- Indoor Track begins Wednesday. All those that signed up should be ready on Wednesday and report to the Murchie Gym after second wave.
- There are a couple of spots left the the BEMS Swim Club. That begins on February 22. Please sign up with Mr. Laprise if interested.
- There will be a 6th grade student council meeting today Tuesday (2/2) in Mr. Lambert's room.
- The 7th and 8th grade Student Council members will be meeting today,Tuesday, Feb. 2nd, after school in Mrs. Norton's room.
- Garden Club meets today, Tuesday, Feb 2nd.
- Winter Pathfinders meets today and Thursday in Mr. Pease’s room.
- 7th and 8th graders: Remember the YAC program finishes at the end of February. Come to the library to get your next YAC title!
- Yearbooks are now $25 for hardcover or $20 for paperback — order ahead of time so you are guaranteed to get one! Go to jostens.com or see Mr. DeMaris in Room 83.
- Winter Pathfinders meets every Tuesday and Thursday, after second wave, in Mr. Pease’s room--room 36.
- 7th and 8th grade math teams practice, Wednesdays 2:15 - 4:00 in Mrs. Davis' room, room 84. Our next math meet is Tues., Feb 2nd. Please give it a try!
- Community Service Club will meet on Wednesday. Please meet in the principal’s office after second wave.
- Writer’s club will meet Wednesdays with Mr. Pease
- Chess Club meets Wednesdays.STUFF THE BUS this Saturday at Plummer's Shop 'n Save for the District Backpack program. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The MSAD #6 Transportation Department is collecting non perishable food items to help with the 160 students on the program each week. Donate healthy food and snack items that students are able to prepare themselves. (ex: mac & cheese, granola bars, juice boxes, canned items). No glass or candy please. Let's get together as a community and help the kids!
